1. Shipping Area

We currently ship within Poland.

International shipping may be available upon individual arrangement with the Seller, particularly regarding shipping costs and delivery times.

2. Shipping Methods

Customers may choose from the available shipping methods presented during checkout, including:

Courier delivery,

InPost Parcel Lockers.

Available shipping methods may vary depending on the selected Product and the current Store offer.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs:

are displayed separately from the Product price,

are shown in the shopping cart before the order is placed,

depend on the selected shipping method and the order value.

Current shipping rates are displayed during checkout and in the Store's shipping information section.

4. Order Processing & Shipping Time

Standard dispatch time is within 2–3 business days from the moment the order is accepted for processing.

If a Product has a different processing time, this information will be clearly stated on the product page.

An order is considered fulfilled once it has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

5. Payment & Order Processing

For orders paid by:

electronic payment or credit/debit card — processing begins once the payment has been successfully confirmed,

bank transfer — processing begins after the funds have been credited to the Seller's bank account, no later than within the timeframe specified in the Terms & Conditions.

6. Receiving Your Order

We recommend inspecting your parcel upon delivery.
If you notice any damage to the packaging or the Product caused during transport, you should:

complete a damage report with the carrier (where possible),

contact the Seller as soon as possible.

7. Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is not collected or incorrect delivery details are provided, the Seller may charge the Customer for the cost of returning and/or reshipping the parcel, in accordance with applicable law.
