La Cristalina returns to our roastery for the fourth time, but this lot has undergone an extended 64-hour natural processing. The result is a cup bursting with notes of red fruits, red wine, plum, fig, and cherry, along with aromatic characteristics reminiscent of anaerobic coffees, while preserving the depth, sweetness, and balance typical of naturally processed coffees.
